2025 was an unprecedented year for Cyberteq. We will close the year with more than 30% revenue growth (YoY), 15% EBITDA margin and MUNIT revenue contribution of 60%. We won 88 new projects adding 32 new clients and expanding our clients’ footprint in new countries.

We launched MUNIT 4.0 with new subscription packages (M Proactive, M Protection, M Compliance and M Resilience) with advanced features and capabilities. Now MUNIT is trusted in   more than 17 business sectors.

Our workforce was increased by 34% and we reached 30% gender diversity ratio as aligned with our plan to reach 50% by 2030.

As for our collaboration with UNGCNE, we took part of Sustainovation 2025 during the Cybersecurity awareness month, and next year we plan to further expand our cooperation. Cyberteq successfully launched CyberHer® in Ghana to empower women in Cybersecurity aligned with the gender equality (SDG:5) and we will expand it to cover new countries in 2026.

We are also thrilled to end the year with the announcement of our agreed 50% acquisition of Digital Oversight creating a new Cyberteq venture in UK. The acquisition establishes a digital-risk ecosystem in combining cyber assurance, compliance, analytics, and insurance offering. As the APAC regional winner of the UKPA award 2024, we are excited by this expansion to the UK and potential of working with the London markets.

Cyberteq won 2 awards at the Digital Information Awards (DIA) for “Cybersecurity Solutions Provider of the Year" and "Cybersecurity Team of the Year”. Also, we received 4 awards at the National Technology & Communications Awards (NTCA) for “Cybersecurity Company of the Year”, “Innovative Cybersecurity Solution” for MUNIT, “Cybersecurity Leadership Award”, and “Cybersecurity Education & Training Initiative Award” for CyberHer®
