Challenges:

With evolving security threats; security incidents may arise at any time.  Attacks may be launched anytime, either during business hours and/or non-business hours to maximize the potential breach.

Solution:

Cyberteq Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) focuses on readiness for responding to threats anytime they arise. Our CSIRT is experienced in coordinating responses to security incidents and for reporting important incident-related information to the stakeholders and to customer within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Results:

CSIRT provides 24x7 Computer Security Incident Response Services to customers.

Our goals include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage centralized incident reporting
  • Coordinate response to security incidents affecting the IT environment
  • Provide technical support regarding responding to security incidents
  • Interact with the vendors to respond to their product-related issues
  • Facilitate interactions with the forensic services
