Maxwell, how did you first learn about Cyberteq?

I first learned about Cyberteq from LinkedIn when I was looking for a new opportunity. 

What is your role at Cyberteq?

My role is of a Sales Executive for Africa region.

What do you like most about your job?

The most interesting part for me is to be able to help businesses plan, build, support, and manage their digital infrastructure in a secure manner using Cyberteq's holistic solutions.

What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?

A typical day starts with an overview of the previous week’s client engagement, and following up with technical team on currently running project. This is followed by checking my emails and Salesforce schedule. Rest of the day’s activities include prospecting for new clients and proposal creation.

How do you create a work-life balance while working at Cyberteq? 

It is usually hard to find a work life balance in the tech industry. However, at Cyberteq, employees are encouraged to strike that balance. This stems from the fact we are rarely required to work after hours until it is deemed absolutely necessary. In addition, the workload is usually reasonable and fitting gracefully within the working hours.
