Job Description

  • Full ownership of the innovative services portfolio in your assigned accounts.
  • Allocating and introducing Cyberteq’s portfolio to prospect customers to create new business opportunities.
  • Driving and managing the sales cycle to ensure successful achievement of revenue targets.
  • Creating and executing accounts strategies.
  • Managing multiple sales opportunities and ensuring buy-in from customers’ stake holders
  • Managing proposals, scope of work, new business prospects and formal tendering process.
  • Bringing new customers to Cyberteq existing customer base.
  • Working with pre-sales and technical team to effectively position Cyberteq portfolio.
  • Documenting and tracking all sales activity through sales automation tools including detailed activity reports, setting tasks for follow-up, lead tracking and probability statistics.
  • Supporting Cyberteq marketing plans and representing at exhibitions, events and seminars.
  • Managing a portfolio of leads generated through prospecting calls and marketing sources when applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Business Administration / Technical Related Field or equivalent.
  • 5 years technology solutions/services B2B Sales experience.
  • Proven success in a new business sales environment and sales quota over-achievement.
  • Maintaining sufficient knowledge and understanding of the technology market in East Africa.
  • Proven ability to sell to top-level executives.
  • Proven ability to present the value proposition to influence individuals and groups at all levels.
